The Best Of is an original lettering project rooted in brush pen calligraphy and script-based letter construction. The composition is enclosed in a rhombus shape, with its strength coming from the relationship between rhythm, proportion, counterspace and the arrangement of forms.
¶ The project shows a process of bringing the lettering to a form that, once refined, feels evident, as if it was meant to be this way. It is the result of calligraphic exploration, pencil drawing, digital drawing, final vector refinement and a consistent effort to execute the composition, form and drawing quality.
